      The other employees are great to work with.

      Cons

      A lot is expected of people, and when someone quits, others have to pick up the slack. It takes a long time to hire and train someone new, so sometimes it's a year before there is relief. There is not a lot of room for growth. Management is quick to throw you under the bus.
