      Pros

      Small business with very involved leadership. Pay is on par with other companies in the area. Insurance is good, they put into your 401k without employees having to contribute. Offers more leave than other places.

      Cons

      Growing rapidly, not sure what that will do to the small business feel.

      Great place to work!

      Pros

      CEO and CMO are both amazing people and care about their employees! Great work-life balance!

      Cons

      Company is small and thus not much room for vertical or lateral career movement. Management definitely tries to help with that but the company's small footprint (especially outside Maryland) doesn't allow for career progression.
