Off-site parking across a busy street in a parking lot with no security, shares a small property with 4ish other dealerships, work load not evenly distributed between all employees, some lazy coworkers, poor time management, under paid and over worked, referred to as "bi**c or slave" sometimes, flat rate workers sometimes take advantage of hourly employees(kind of expected), you will find yourself finishing other people's jobs like the janitor, services advisors and techs, other dealerships notice how hard you work before your own dealership does. So many other cons I can't list due to limited time and space or I forgot.
