      Getting to work on an exciting consumer-facing product Working with others who are nice High expectations mean that you can rely on others Great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      As a bootstrapped startup we have to be vigilant about moving fast while growing the team at a responsible pace. There has been some turnover, but I truly believe we have solved that problem and are rebuilding the team with a solid foundation.

      Pros

      Great compensation. Great team. All-remote workplace. It’s a small start up so you have a lot of opportunity to shape the product, culture and processes of the company.

      Cons

      There were a few early hiring mistakes that really slowed down progress. But those folks are gone and the company seems like it’s on better trajectory now and the team is more collaborative.
