      Pros

      New mgnt. appears to have turned things around, new office is great, summer hours year round (Friday PM off), flexible hours. New products appear to be trend right, back in growth mode.

      Cons

      Too many Packer fans, go Bears.

      Pros

      Team was nice, compensation was decent, fairly flexible around vacations and appointments

      Cons

      Antiquated order entry system, no CRM system, the industry is declining and the company isn't doing much to innovate, great employees fired simply for having a different opinion than the CEO.

      Pros

      Products were cute but not adapted to changing market trends. Office was easily accessible. Some management tried to make the company a better place. Co workers in department were good people to work with.

      Cons

      Executive leadership was poor. Did not want to innovate products that would actually be purposeful to and purchased by customers. Horrible moral and unethical leadership. Lots of confusion and mis communication and lack of information sharing between departments. Lack of trust existed at all levels of the organization.
