Pros

Real review from a current employee (1+ Years): When I was first interviewing for the job, I immediately thought to myself "This is too good to be true.", and I was expecting that at some point I would find out what the biggest downside is to working here. During the interview, it was professional, but friendly and welcoming. After the interview, when receiving the offer, they made it easy to get started, were understanding and flexible about my previous commitment, and allowed me to start training after that engagement was fulfilled. During training, it wasn't just a few videos and then you're thrown to the wolves. They did an amazingly thorough job training me for the tasks I'd need to perform and there was a lot of 1-on-1 time to make sure any questions or concerns I had were addressed thoroughly. After training, I was able to start making commissions and surpass the hourly base pay within just a couple of weeks. I also had the benefit of being able to contact someone and quickly get answers to questions or scenarios that came up. Everything was a smooth transition and the environment here is amazing. When I first interviewed, I was told that Perceptionist aims to provide a good work/life balance for its team members. Because of previous experiences I have had with companies in the past that made that claim, I was skeptical, but now I'm a raving fan. The company environment is one of encouragement, growth, and positive/constructive criticism meant to help you improve, not tear you down. There are plenty of bonus opportunities for reaching quality and sales targets, the management is fair and compassionate, but the best part is... We have the opportunity to work from home!! This is hands down the BEST environment I've ever worked in, the management team is the best I've ever worked with, and any kind of technical difficulties or interpersonal issues get resolved very quickly. Did I mention there's a benefits package AND PTO? And it's the real deal. This is the ONE PLACE that seems like it's too good to be true... But it actually IS true!!

Cons

This is a real job, with real working hours, and does need real consistency when it comes to the service you provide the customers. It's not always "easy", but it's very simple. If you're willing to put in the effort, then they're willing to take you to the top!

Pros

I love the availability with working from home and flexibility of the schedule so I have time with my kids. This was the first job iv ever had working from home and on the phone. My training took a little longer than normal because of that but I was given the amount of training time that I needed to comfortably do the job right. The bonuses and incentives that you can receive are a plus and even during COVID the company was very accommodating and kept us working even during slow times.

Cons

I dont like the same sitting at a desk every day routine. Im use to a job that constantly changes and always on the go. But I am able to stay busy during breaks by doing yoga to stay fit. There's not allot of room for growth so to say but the bonuses and incentives are a nice perk.
