      Person-centered agency, mission statement, supportive staff and upper management, offering trainings and provide CEU and trainings/certifications you are interested in, promote work/life balance, great benefits package, great opportunities for advancement.

      Pros

      Perception programs is a great agency that truly cares about the individuals that are served. I personally needed to work for a company that I believed was doing meaningful work and I have found that at PPI. I have supportive supervisors that are able to give me feedback because they believe in my potential.

      Cons

      The work can be stressful, however that is inherent in the human service field

      Nice atmosphere , encouraging staff, benefits package , good place to get clinical hours if right out of graduate school
