Great growth opportunities if you work hard and are vocal. Leadership respects opinions from employees of all levels and encourages active participation communicating with clients and during brainstorms.

Cons

Definitely some favoritism going on - if you’re not vocal about wins or on very visible accounts, opportunities won’t be presented as frequently
