Management will talk about record profits and how well the company is doing then give you a 2% raise while refusing to hire more people while the work increases. They'll tell you your numbers look great and then turn around and reprimand you for talking too much or taking breaks for the same week of work. Absolutely awful micromanagement as well. -Terrible pay -Terrible raises -awful micromanaging managers -refuses to allow wfh even when there's no need to be in office
