      Zero, unless you count the CEOs affinity to females, that crosses professional boundaries.

      Cons

      Salary delays ,stressful working enviroment ,on top of that, CEO seems like he created the company to hire females to flirt around basically.

      Pros

      I’ve had the chance to work on a variety of projects that really helped me grow as a developer. The team is generally supportive, and there’s always someone willing to help if you get stuck. I also appreciate the push toward learning new things — they don’t expect you to stay in your comfort zone.

      Cons

      Deadlines can be a bit tight sometimes, which adds pressure, especially when tasks shift suddenly. Also, communication between teams could be better — it would help if priorities were clearer upfront.
