The company values employees’ work only until concerns or questions are raised. There are frequent issues with the client servicing process, and despite repeated problems in design approvals, accountability is often lacking because certain employees have been with the company since the beginning. As a result, the video team regularly has to handle unnecessary rework due to mistakes made in earlier stages of the workflow. Additionally, for the past four months, employees have consistently been asked to work on weekends without being provided proper compensatory offs, which feels unfair. At the same time, even being 1–2 minutes late can result in salary deductions, while employees are still expected to stay beyond working hours whenever required. This creates a clear imbalance in expectations. The overall work environment has also become highly stressful and toxic due to the management approach, which negatively impacts both employee morale and productivity.
