      People The actual software is very interesting Company seems to care about their employees Work life balance

      All day on a computer can get pretty boring- especially if it is monotonous types of activities you do.

      Able to work remote if needed

      Cons

      Training was almost nonexistent. Was expected to perform without having been formally trained on the products. When asking for assistance management cannot be bothered. Was pitched an open and welcoming environment but that was not the case. Work/life balance is extremely poor. Most expensive insurance premiums I’ve ever had to pay.
