      Worked with some great colleagues

      Cons

      terrible wage, no pay for overtime, absolutely no opportunities to progress. All that is cared about in this company is profit. Seen so many great loyal people leave this company because of their lack of employee appreciation.

      Continuous challenging environment in a company that is striving to change its business model by searching for opportunities in new channels European leader in the vending business

      Cons

      Lack of consintency in the company strategy Management at a country level as well as at a group level is continuously changing so that it is difficult for good proffesionals to deliver results

      Let me be clear there are no pros

      Cons

      - Poor salary - Incompetent senior management - Sleazy managing director - No benefits - No training - Frequent redundancies - Poor quality coffee (shocking considering it's a coffee company) - No career progression unless you are one of the favoured few. - Miserable environment - Poor incoherent business plan.
