      Pros

      There is nothing positive I can say, unfortunately.

      Cons

      Although they advocate for inclusion & diversity, they do not like it when you stand up for yourself because you feel that you are not included in the company culture. Also, they do not like to get called out on their lies although they say they always have an open ear for improvement and optimization.

      Pros

      You learn a lot about the industry you are aligned to and the BPM/BRE industry. The technology itself is pretty unique.

      Cons

      This is where your career goes to die! The VP of Solution Consulting controlled everyone's salary on an individual basis. If he thought you deserve a raise you would get one. If he didn't then you didn't. No clear understanding of career progression and they didn't invest in you. Your direct manager had essentially no control over anything. they were mostly resource managers as opposed to leaders who could help you take your career to the next level.

      Pros

      Pega used to be a good place to work in the past, but not anymore. The best thing about Pega are its people, Pega has employed wonderful people.

      Cons

      CEO and his leadership team that have very poor management and a confusing strategy and direction for the company. The company has lost a lawsuit against Appian and that combined with the fact that they are not growing what they should be, makes the company ask employees for unrealistic targets and unachievable results.
