Where should I start...? Just like any other factory or manufacturing job, there is a lot of favoritism and mistreatment of employees they don't want or like. Bonuses are not given without you having to hassel them for it, and even then, you most likely may never see it. Lot of grown men talking and gossiping like a bunch of schoolgirls. The work can be very strenuous if you let it. I suggest you tuck your pride and use the moving equipment as much as possible. Alot of the steel can be moved by hand, but doing so will hurt you physically in the long run even if you feel fine in the moment. Over time, lifting 80lbs or more will take its toll, so just use the cranes and magnets as much as possible. They basically lie about everything that they tell you about the job in order to get new hires. And once you are through the doors, you get none of the things that they promise. (The site said up to 80k per year. Yea, maybe after 20+ years with 60 hours per week, and just maybe. How about the 25cent raise per position that we learn? I learned 4 positions already and not a penny. Several times I didn't get my 50$ weekly bonus even though I reached the requirements for it. There was even a worker who didn't even know this Bonus existed until I brought it up to him, and they ended up having to give him back bonuses after he went to management about it. Just sad. The Management is not very honest, they pretty much tell you anything to get you out of their face and avoid you moving forward. I would like to say that they are good people, but the truth is, good people are fair even with those whom they might not be fond of. They are liars. There is no other way to say it.
