At this time, our business model is such that our positions be located in the respective company that they work for, either PayTech in the United States or PayTech Human Capital Management in Canada. To date, the leadership positions in Canada have been filled with internal promotions as our philosophy is to offer growth opportunities to current employees. We evaluate our US and Canada benefits on an annual basis to ensure that we are offering competitive and affordable benefits in relation to other companies of our size and in our industry.
