      Pros

      Granted, the business has gone through a tough patch. However, I must commend the leadership team who has stepped up since the appointment of David Adams and brought about several positive changes in the business. Morale is up. Productivity seems to be on the up. We've gotten more benefits thanks to the HR team... And there's more to come. The positive energy is becoming tangible.

      Cons

      Navigating culture and comms from and with our leaders abroad remains a challenge. Even so, there has been some improvement in recent months, which is refreshing.
