      Terrible Environment

      Nothing to talk about.

      Cons

      1- Management poor knowledge of the tasks in hand. 2- People backstabbing each other and there is a poor working environment. 3- There is no team work and everyone wants to get ahead of the other person. 4- Management is out of touch with the what's needs to get done and they were not knowledgeable about how to bring drugs into the market. 5- QA leadership is sub par QC had unqualified individual to run the show.

      Good Company, Good People, Good Values

      -Management takes the time to get to know employees -Hard work is rewarded by increased compensation and promotions -IT department works hard to deliver solutions in a timely fashion -HR department listens and acts when necessary -PD, R&D and PDP put in long hours and consistently produce results -Parties are frequent and fun

      -Some processes are too antiquated
