This company uses employees. I was a dedicated loyal employee for 3 years. I always went above and beyond. I took responsibility for establishing the Quality Management System that allowed for ISO 9001 certification for manufacturing. The company received AOAC certification in large part due to my work. I was responsible for MAJOR monetary advancements for this company with little recognition. I was then "let go" for refusing to be blamed for assays not working. The management is very much "the old boy's network". No one in management had my back after all that I had done for the company. They use employees for whatever they can get, then toss them aside. They are very good at giving a pat on the back, but do not follow through with anything more tangible.

CEO, very out of touch with how to treat employees. He swears in full staff meetings, berates Management team in open meetings. His treatment of employees needs vast improvement.
