      0 pros, this place sucks

      Cons

      hire illegal people to work the lines and pay them via temp agency to get away with it. have had multiple accidents with people getting their hands stuck in conveyors. no air conditioning in the building other than the main office where of course management sits. pay has been incorrect everyweek, they purposely underpay people and blame temp agency. they frequently change schedule with lil notice targeting and racism is the norm here

      Manager's disrespectful behavior causes demoralization and toxic work environment

      I was so glad that the benfits package was comprehensive and helped me feel supported while working for the company

      The employees have been package to a great deal of humilation and disrespect by their manager, leaving them feeling demoralized and defeated. This kind of treatment can cause a significant amount of unrest within the workplace, as employees begin to feel disengaged and disconnected from their work. Over time, this can leade to a toxic work environment that is characterized by high turnover rates and low employee morale. Furthermore, the effects of the manager's behavior may extend beyond the workplace, causing employees to feel sick and stressed outside of work hours.
