PartnerStack has definitely been through its fair share of ups and downs, like most companies in growth tech since 2020, and while it hasn’t always been perfect, what stands out is the resilience and continued investment in the product and the team. Leadership kept leaning in even during tougher moments, and it’s starting to pay off and customers are seeing more value, win rates are improving, and there’s a real sense of momentum. The addition of the new CRO has brought fresh energy and alignment on go-to-market and we're working closer with the product and engineering group, and it feels like the company is hitting its stride. As an AE, it’s exciting to be on the front lines of this progress, helping customers succeed and feeling the impact of the changes firsthand.
Cons
Like any scaling SaaS business, priorities can shift quickly, but compared to the past there’s much more clarity and focus, which makes it a really motivating place to work right now.
