      Great boss, Lisa Jandacek, one of the 3 owners, was so kind, patient, not micromanaging but trusting/respecting her staff and there to help and to guide when needed.

      Tammy was sweet but a little more talkative than might have been desired. ;)

      Pros

      Very small company so you knew everyone for better or worse. The job was different almost every day, so it was never boring.

      Cons

      Benefits were bare minimum and very expensive. One of the divisional managers had some serious issues, some of which included an inflated ego, chauvinism, and sexual harassment. The company had a culture of bringing in inexperienced people, lowballing their salary, and running them into the ground until they left. This caused the turnover rate to be astronomical. Two of the owners were fairly good people, but the third owner was a hateful man and the reason why people should avoid this company.
