      Starting out, things went well.

      Pros

      Starting out, things went well. However, they could use more professional office staff. They are a local company, I think. Drug test was simple and quick.

      Cons

      Disorganization or something. They could behave more professionally. They will eventually fail if they don't make some changes in their offices.

      Pros

      The opportunity to work in various school districts is enticing and provides valuable experiences in different environments and setting.

      Cons

      After many years in the business world followed by education, this is easily the most unprofessional organization with whom I have ever worked. The level of dishonesty exceeds any decent interaction with the people in the office. The tone with which they speak to employees is unprofessional and demeaning. Lack of organization, confusion over assignments and refusal to tackle issues in a timely manner is appalling. Once hired, employees are not teammates. It is a battle to be treated fairly and with respect.

      The division that I work with works as a team, and we try to make sure communication is key.

      Cons

      Work is not done when you leave the office, constantly answering emails, making phone calls, and working on-call from home.
