Pros

You can be at 1 clients house if they refuse you at door you still get paid. Your hours are base on per a client not the hours you actually work. Most of the clients I saw really didn't need anything. Walk, talk, help prepare meal, give them a shower. Most clients only want you there for 15 to 40 mins max. So you get done faster if your clients really don't need you

Cons

Your on a full time line but only get 5-6 clients If you change availability they won't ask you if you can see clients they just add expecting you to see they added more so keep your phone on you and keep refreshing. The coordinators tallk to clients about you. Letting your client tell you what they said about you. Good or bad. It's very unprofessional. Supervisor changes soo much you never know who your supposed to contact. You get locked out of email system alot that you don't get messages and can't send them. You find out HSW's are making the same amount as you. Even though they aren't allowed to do personal care or transfers as they actually aren't trained on them and PSW's went to school for the position.

Pros

PTO, benefits provided by Cardinal Health

Cons

All these issues have been brought up to the powers that be for years...nothing has changed where do i begin: lies, micromanaging, threatening of associates jobs weekly, favoritism, high turnover. Leads terrible and most are duplicates but you will not find this out until the customer goes to place their first order which takes days. Back office associates dont care about your customers and will treat them like garbage causing you to lose accounts. I've been in sales for many years and this is not sales it is a call center. They dont care how much you sell and they would rather pay you $12 an hour than give you what you deserve in commission. Products never available or overpriced when needed. The commission structure is constantly changing to keep you from making bonus. Talk about jumping through hoops! For example: instead of getting paid on a percentage of a percentage of what you sold... you are paid on a percentage of a percentage of what you sold only if you hit impossible metrics they made up and constantly change. And just imagine you stay for years and start making a decent wage... they are still on you 24/7 about making 80 calls per day. If you dont they take money away. (ive got news for you, no one wants to be called that many times even if they're in love with you)

Pros

The people were great. My bosses and coworkers were always friendly and supportive from the day I walked in, to the day I left.

Cons

The pay was extremely low and expectations of making more were far fetch and even seemed impossible at times. The days seem to last forever because you are making phone calls all day long except for a short 30 minute lunch. You are micro managed to the T. Everything is measured and tracked from your dials, call duration, call frequency, etc. The sales expectations are over the top. Also, not to mention, the industry is very competitive, so it’s hard to find new customers and business. Overall just not a place to make a decent living, have career growth, and be happy every day at work.
