      The job it’s self is exactly what I was looking for, feel part of the team and the growing business, getting involved in meetings and projects made to feel welcome with the right training possible.

      Cons

      At the moment in between Working systems with work day etc things may take a little longer than it should, but I believe it will all sort its self out in the coming months

      Pros

      Joining Panda, I immediately felt welcomed, supported and like I was meant to be here. My colleagues made me feel part of the team straight away and during my time here, this has only continued. This is what I value the most about working here, the supportive people and the positive working environment. It means coming into work doesn't feel like a chore and most days are genuinely good days! It is a very busy and fast-moving place to work and takes a lot of pace to keep up with at times, but opportunities to grow are very much available and I've found it's been a fantastic place to further develop myself and my skills.

      Cons

      The company could offer a bit more in the way of flexibility and perks, however it is clear working here that continuous improvement is important to the business and it is encouraging to see and hear how the colleague experience is being worked on and hopefully we'll see more positive changes in the future on this.
