Product is doing very well, and the founders are very innovative with new releases.
Lots of learning opportunities, supportive environment and lovely co-workers.
Cons
It can get quite busy especially if you are in a client-facing position. Some early starts but they are quite flexible. Definitely need better and simpler processes to help with efficiency.
GREAT product, great customers and some really impressive logos.
The senior leadership team (Marcus and Gemma) have great insights to the industry and truly strive to make sure their product is industry leading.
I cannot speak highly enough of the product.

Strange internal politics and (at least in my time) very clear favouritism which held members back.
