Pros
Flexibility with scheduling. Pretty much you choose your schedule as long as it's under 30 hours. If your an introvert you don't have to talk to anyone. Just clock in type forever then leave at the end of your shift.
Cons
Part time employees do not get holidays off or PTO or insurance benefits. You're stuck at your desk typing the whole shift which is aight if you can handle it but some days it's just unbearable. You have to take an unpaid break to go to the bathroom and make the time up at the end of the shift. Yearly raises are insulting tbh can't even do more than 10 cents.
