Unprofessional and Unsupportive Work Environment

Pros

Good pay and benefits with a little training.

Cons

I had an unfortunate experience working with this company. It felt like I was merely a temporary replacement while the Marketing Manager was on leave, rather than being genuinely valued for my skills and contributions. There was no structured Performance Improvement Plan in place, leaving me without clear guidance or opportunities for growth. Additionally, one of the owners unilaterally decided to terminate my contract without any concrete reasoning or basis, which felt both unfair and unprofessional. I hope the company takes steps to improve its management practices and provide a more supportive environment for its employees.
