      Pros

      Nothing. Mental stress and bossy racist senior management.

      Cons

      Ah, where do i start. They will push you for selling their EW which doesn't make sense. Their so called bundle rate decides if you will stay in the job or not. You will get unlimited warnings, OT without consent, worst commission structure, and if you unfortunately get into a medical emergency they will act like its your fault to be unfit to not be able to come to work for ONE DAY. There are no in-store discounts and all you can do to get a good price to customer is to take them to online marketplaces.

      -Company has great potential but management does not know how to managed people and the company stop moving or takes too long to move. -Benefit improved over time-to-time. -Fun working environemnt and great colleague.

      -Low pay, often lowballed. -Discount very low for Employee's purchased.
