      Great Place to Gain Experience, but High Workload

      *A good place to start your career and gain industry experience. *Many colleagues are willing to guide and teach newcomers. *AWS is provided. *The company has systematic processes and structured workflows.

      *Workload can be very heavy at times. *Salary increments are generally low compared to the amount of work handled. *During challenging business periods, salary reductions may occur. *Some managers lack the leadership skills and direction needed to effectively lead their teams.

      -Good start up for fred grad -Moderate compensation package -bonus wise is good.

      -Sunset industry -multitask is needed, workload was not assigned evenly. -yearly increment was low

      Pros

      Most of the people I’ve met here are understandable and willing to help. Good for fresh grads to dip their toes into engineering and to gain experience and knowledge. Salary wise also okay for *Fresh Grad*

      Cons

      Many workloads, sometimes one engineer handle 2-3 projects then other engineers doing one small task, long working hours, workplace politics, no growth long term as you either enter here as a fresh grad or enter the company with a senior title.
