Pros

Benefits are average, not better

Cons

Worst manager ever. We are all overworked, and she keeps adding more workload on us. Negative environment, no one is happy, and pretty much everyone is searching elsewhere for a new job. Many employees have already quit, and they are not being replaced. I do NOT recommend working at PBL, and I am also looking elsewhere for a new job.

Pros

Benefits are good including rsp matching. Some co workers great to work with. Vacation and flex time are average to the industry.

Cons

Computer system isn't maintained the best. Manager and team lead hard to work with and blame their mistakes on staff below them. Train program isn't the best and other staff are expected to do all the training instead of the team leads. Manager says she has an open door but when you go to her with a problem or question, everything is turned around on you and it ends up being a mark against you on your performance review. I used to love my job but now dread going to work every day and looking for another job.
