Pros

Fast paced. Rapid growth. Frequent meals provided. Streamlined processes and procedures. New office space in good location. Safe location. Large parking area.

Cons

Senior management is family that does not communicate well with one another. Yearend bonuses are made out to be a lot larger than what is actually paid. Long hours with no overtime pay. Bonus structure is based on discretion not performance. Micromanagement. Secretive. High turnover. Lunch breaks are not permitted. Gossip on all levels.

Pros

Food sometimes provided (birthday lunches, etc), salary was decent but over promised what the "year end bonus" would be. Can wear jeans to work and some co workers are friendly.

Cons

Management is the worse part. It is like a nightmare you cannot wake from. There is CONSTANT gossip, cannot take lunch break, cameras on you 24/7 or you're being micromanaged but they will tell you we don't micromanage. I have witnessed verbal things said about employees that I couldn't imagine ever being OK to be said if there was HR within the building. In October you work on average 50 hour weeks. November it increases and in December anywhere from 70+ hour work weeks and get an awful bonus if you're lucky
