Pros

The company hires non experienced individuals. Team Leaders are always willing to help. Co VAs are very friendly and helpful.

Cons

So focused on getting more clients and convincing them that they have trained VAs yet their version of training is just some pre-recorded videos with no hands on activities on the tools mentioned. It would've been very beneficial to the VAs if they did it that way. Also, super low compensation, micromanaging their employees, unnecessary outside-of-shift meetings, you name it all. The VAs are the ones who work with the client daily yet compensated so low. If a client would like to give the VA a gift, the MANAGEMENT should know about it first. Client should send the money or gift to the company first before it gets to the hands of the VA. If otherwise, the management would issue an incident report. Crazy right?

Pros

I've been working at Outsource Access as a virtual assistant for a while now, and I must say that overall, it has been a remarkable experience. The company's commitment to remote work, combined with its exceptional leadership and team members, makes it a top choice for anyone seeking a flexible and fulfilling employment opportunity. One of the biggest advantages of working at Outsource Access is the ability to work fully remote. From the initial application process to the actual client onboarding, the company understands the value and convenience of remote work. This flexibility allows employees like me to maintain a healthy work-life balance while eliminating the daily commute and office-related stress.

Cons

I must mention one area where Outsource Access could improve: leave credits. Compared to other outsourcing companies I've worked for, the number of leave credits provided here is relatively low. While it hasn't been a significant issue for me personally, it would be beneficial for employees to have more flexibility in taking time off for personal or family needs. Enhancing the leave credit policy would greatly contribute to employee satisfaction and well-being.

Pros

Outsource Access is a great place for newbies to kickstart their careers. It's newbie-friendly, providing a supportive environment that helps individuals gain valuable experience and build a solid foundation in their respective fields. Plus, the company offers some awesome benefits that make working here even more enticing. One of the best things about Outsource Access is the friendly staff. They're approachable and create a positive vibe throughout the organization. You'll find a supportive culture where everyone is willing to lend a hand and make you feel right at home.

Cons

3. The salary could be a bit higher at Outsource Access. It's important to note that the compensation may not be as competitive as what you'd find elsewhere. So, if you're looking for top dollar, you might want to keep that in mind. 2. The technical support from team leaders and staff can be a bit lacking. You might find yourself feeling a bit lost at times, especially when it comes to the more technical aspects of your role. It can be a challenge to get the guidance and instruction you need, which can slow down your professional growth. 3. The training provided by Outsource Access isn't always relevant or effective for the specific positions' employees are aiming for. So, if you're hoping to really sharpen your technical skills, you might have to look for additional resources outside of the company.
