The leadership, particularly at the CEO level, has shown a lack of respect and empathy toward employees, which has affected morale across the organization. The frequent hire-and-fire approach has created a sense of instability, and the HR department has not been supportive or employee-centric. Policies have become increasingly unclear and unfavorable, leading to widespread dissatisfaction among staff. Overall, the post-merger experience at Jungleworks has been disappointing.
