      An immature company with no vision

      Pros

      Good thing this they are working on Salesforce. They have good products.

      Cons

      CEO has no mission. Whole senior management talks alot in many meetings but they are not progressing. Sales team is weak due to which product sales is not going as expected. Recently they layed off 5-6 employees in Sept 2023 on the name of restructuring. They informed very last day to employees. They have no processes, everything is going on word mouth. Work load is not divided correctly between team members. They have no Provident fund policy, no bonuses. There is only medical which is also almost of less benefits.

      The product is a good one.

      Cons

      The CEO is not one I would care to work for again in a hurry. He cares about the company but this manifests in controlling and at times bullying behaviour towards staff which can be extremely upsetting . Very little diversity.

      - The high standards and hands-on leadership style of the CEO may not suit everyone, especially those who prefer a more laid-back approach. - The fast-moving nature of the company means you need to be adaptable and comfortable with change.
