NONE!! Please do not waste your time interviewing and even working here. You will find out fast that its a mistake.
Cons
The job might sound dreamy at first but STOP!!! It's a complete bait and switch. The owners are complete morons that barely know sales 101. The owners will micro manage you and make you do things exactly their way. Which does not work! Wake up Tweedle dee and tweedle dum! Expect to last 2 weeks a max a month before you realize your in the Twilight Zone!

Pros
They provided snacks and coffee. Plus, developers are allowed to work remotely at a very flexible hours.
Cons
The owners are not patient at all that they want the project to be done instantly. This created a very stressful environment for developers as they are not able to deliver anything in such a very short time, i.e. 3 months. The worst part is that the owners kick anyone as they wish, creating a high staff turn over in the last 6 months, i.e. 7 people hired and kicked out just like that.
