Pros
Leadership truly cares about each individual and leads by example. There is an extremely healthy work-life balance and employees are encouraged to really take time off when needed. Some positions can be pretty stressful but everyone is supportive and there's a general sense of encouragement all around. The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to help you if needed. The culture at OCP is the best I've ever worked for and everyone is authentic, professional, and loves what they do. There are many friendships within OCP and people enjoy hanging out together after hours but it's not pushed on you if you'd rather not. It's easy to see why people stay at OCP for so long.
Cons
The neighborhood is a great location for clients but there are quite a few unhoused/drug altered people walking around. The building is very secure but the walk to/from the parking lot can sometimes be pretty exciting.
