Pros
- They respect everyone's hard work and efforts that goes towards the company - We started out small so coworkers were like family - Had breakfast provided every other Friday - Original staff were friendly and helpful - Work was easy at first - Nice friendly environment - Close location - Great benefits especially Insurance
Cons
- Management was the worst thing - Shifts blaming each other for the problems - Changed the hours from an 8 hour (5 days/week) to 12 hours (3-4 days/week) and work earlier since other workers are going in earlier - Expanded to quickly and hiring too many underqualified workers, which leads to many problems - Kept promising to work hard for a wage increase but never happened - Always tell workers to wear many hats when understaffed - Micro-management

Is not a standard company in all areas, because there are acquiring a lot of related companies, so the standardization process is a challenge.
