      Full & Final (FNF) settlement - not released on time Salary, incentives, arrears, leave encashment, gratuity— not released on time HR and management ignore emails and calls. Employees are pressurized instead of being treated with fairness. Poor Management and work environment

      Only good for freshers. Nothing more to learn.

      Cons

      No value given to employees — even after 13 years of dedicated service and bringing in business worth millions. Terminated without notice — job ended abruptly on the same day, with no explanation. Gratuity was not paid, despite full eligibility under the law. 4 Months of incentive not paid. Zero communication from owners or reporting managers — no call, no message, no accountability. Unethical and unprofessional conduct by senior management.
