      Pros

      It's a company that seems to believe in product innovation. Employees really work hard to succeed and cope with all the management shenanigans.

      Cons

      There is no effective communication between employees and management. Everything has to be decided and dictated from the CEO without a constructive process in between. Micro-management hold back proactivity and talents either leave the company after a few years or are marginalized and eventually laid-off (as it happened to the US sales team).

      Terrible work environment, CEO is an absolute nutjob. Stay away.

      Pros

      Company used to be dynamic although pretty stressful for employees. Hard working people.

      Cons

      Things started to go down the drain in 2014 with some puzzling decisions from management. CEO and founder cannot be trusted, would do anything for his personal interest. The entire US office was let go and replaced with inexperienced people for cost reasons. Salary was the lowest i ever had in my entire career.

      Has some growing to do but are willing listen to employees and make changes.
