8 weeks training course to get you to the next company ( Optimus search are considered the Brighton fc of recruitment) learn fast and then move onto the next big thing. stick it out as long as possible to get the experience!

Cons

horrible working culture outdated KPI's revolving door of senior staff coming in and out, let alone the consultants. moments of feeling like I walked onto the film set of '12 years a slave'
