Homeowners/Board Members - This can vary from Associations but as with anyone trying to enforce rules, you might be viewed as the bad guy. Board Members can be difficult to work with and its up to you lead the Association and Meetings. You will experience some homeowners that will just let you have it and in my opinion this job does require you to be thick-skinned. Please note while this is a con when dealing with Associations it doesn't reflect on Optimum themselves. Con/Pro Salary - Optimum is on the smaller side and there might be other companies who offer more money for the same job. While yes more money is always great, these other companies aren't set up with a streamlined process. Due to that, you will experience past employees trying to come back. I recommend being clear with your salary expectation upfront and showcase your worth to company.

Where to start. WAY WAY WAY too many family members and they must think they are royalty and everyone else in common folk. Most definitely two set of rules, one for the family and another for the common folk. There is nothing private here, pretty much anything and everything you say or do they share it, even if it against the law to (HR this is for you). You want to find a job that you can retire from and treated fairly, this is NOT for you.
