Pros

Laid back work environment. Everyone brings their dogs to work and there is no set 9 - 5p schedule. Overall, a talented team that really grinds to make creative events happen.

Cons

The is a lack of leadership and consistency across the board. With the office being so laid back, there tends to be room for personal issues in the work place that could distract. There is also not a good sense of work/life balance, as sometimes the 12 - 14 hour days can be taxing. There is also not much room for growth within the company, contrary to what is sold to you.

Pros

- Offices in different countries - Big clients - Big workspace

Cons

This company is the definition of non-diversity. The few people that were working there before covid are trying not to get too involved with the newly hired, feels like there are two different groups and everyone can feel it. Feels like a weird cult. The leaders are people who seem to care about only themselves and their clients, nothing is made for the employees to feel good about working there or have some work recognition. The clients are always the same ones and they don’t try to bring new exciting projects or clients.

Pros

Some truly talented and erudite individuals

Cons

The entire C-suite is an incompetent tangle pulling in all different directions. The entire place runs on cloak and dagger, backdoor deals and gross politics. Transparency is non-existent, and their Covid response was pathetic and alienated most of their best talent.
