      Pros

      Day to day is very manageable. Can make some decent money on the customer side once you gain some traction.

      Cons

      Certain issues are blown out of proportion

      Thanks for the review. We have a hard working group of people. In the brokerage world sometime things get heated and reactions can become tense. However, at the end of the day we sort stuff out and take care of our customers. If there are issues that persist, please see me and we can discuss.

      Big opportunity to make money and great people to work with. Fast paced but worth it

      Micro manager and hours are long BUT are a bit flexible

      A fast-paced and competitive environment. Learning something new every day. Strong focus on teamwork. A lot of opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      Too much micromanaging and lack of trust in employees handling their accounts and daily work activities.
