Pros
If you want to grow in a professional environment that challenges and supports your career, you should consider Opticks. From the beginning. I have received a lot of trust and freedom, which has allowed me to evolve much faster than in any other larger company. The managing team is very supportive and gives clear and constructive feedback.
Cons
Opticks is based in Barcelona and the majority of the team is Catalan, which means it can be difficult to fully integrate if you're not fluent in Spanish and/or Catalan.

Some nice people work there.
Cons
Zero structure. Zero culture. Nobody really knows what they're doing, certainly not the managers which leads to no motivation within the team. I never thought I would witness such incompetence within a company.
