Pros

You dont have to commute to Toronto. It has a FEW talented and nice people. Specifically the person who screens you, she is wonderful but that place falls off a cliff after her.

Cons

They will quickly tell you about their amazing, "above industry retention rate" but anyone with basic math skills can see the massive firings and resignations that happen on a weekly basis do not line up to the lies the CEO tells. Those who come from small mom and pop agencies will put their head down and eat the crap served up. All who have worked at real agencies quickly leave or bring up the short comings of this place - which will brand you as someone "who does not fit the mold". The positive reviews on here are laughable and almost obvious which member of their "leadership" came on here and left the review. This place will ruin lives. Asking you to resign from a job only to have an email chain floated around as you approach your three month probation, debating if they should let you go. (This happened to multiple art directors who "couldnt do the sr level job") Their favourite tactic is to fire individuals on Monday (in office day) at 5pm, so a week will have gone by and barely anyone will notice why "X" is missing. The CEO is a maniac. Expecting others to stay on calls till midnight weekly to review copy level task. He is constantly screaming, clearly has anger issues and is the most passive aggressive human in existence. Do yourself a favour and look up past employees on LinkedIn. They will ALL tell you the truth.

Pros

Great coworkers. Decent benefits and vacation time.

Cons

Aggressive management style that emphasizes output over quality. Current CEO and management took over and gutted several companies, amalgamating them into one, soulless, profit-driven business that overworks and underpays employees. Layoffs and staff quitting are a weekly occurrence. This company will not last long, as all the talented staff are abandoning it, and are being replaced with inexperienced people who will work for much less.

Toxic work environment, verbally abusive CEO

Pros

An agency service south of the GTA. Great people (non-management) . Recruiting very qualified talent however don't last long as they realize what's actually going and leave as soon as they have something else lined up.

Cons

CEO verbally abusive. Belittles, yells and bullies individuals in front of others. Firing and resignations on a weekly basis once individuals realize what's going with clients, accounts, and management. Would tell teams that they couldn't handle the heat or had "better opportunities" in the next stage of their careers. Budgets? Non existent and don't even come close to the hours and resources that go into their "services" The whole place is honestly just a lie. Feel terrible for their clients who have no idea whats going on. I knew I was in trouble when I was told "if you work hard here you will reap the benefits of our success" vs. a " Welcome to the team".
