      Pros

      Love my coworkers. We’re a tight knit bunch and we all mesh well. The company is growing so lots of room to move up and around within the company. Love the client my team works with as well.

      Cons

      Because the company is small, we’re experiencing what’s expected in terms of growing pains. The office is cramped but we’ll be moving within the next few months so fingers crossed it’ll be better after that.

      Pros

      -Some of the smartest people I've ever worked with -The technology actually does what it says. It automates a lot of the tasks I had to do at my previous agency that were a waste of time. -You don't have to make excuses of why the technology doesn't work or why performance isn't great like I had to do at my previous jobs. -People are generally curious and helpful at the company. Engineers are constantly trying to make your life more efficient -You will get hit up constantly by recruiters at other agencies trying to steal you. So good training ground to make a lot more money in the future.

      Cons

      -There's not a huge amount of structure they are more a tech company/start up than an agency. I came in being used to a more corporate culture and this is the opposite. It took me a few months to get used to it. -Work long hours. -It's competitive internally

      Pros

      Beautiful office, intelligent and creative people, very supportive environment where you can tell that the co-founders care about their employees, really fun clients and campaigns, definitely on the forefront of technology and they offer amazing perks and benefits with very competitive salaries!
