      Supportive atmosphere but high instability and low appraisals

      1. On time salary 2. Working atmosphere was healthy due to supportive project managers & team.

      Cons

      1. Lot of instability as almost 60% staff laid off within just last couple of months. 2. Appraisals are as less as 4-5% no matter how well you perform. 3. Company has service as well as product team & all that management care about is product team so join only if you are joining the product team.
