Pros
This is a great company to work for. Management is smart, experienced, and really cares about the team. There's flexibility around WFH and PTO, and you really feel the sense that "we're all in this together" building something great for the advertising industry.
Cons
Sales comp plan is antiquated, mirrors old school publishers instead of startup expectations.

Very polarizing environment, horrible management (some managers watch Fox News all day) completely homogeneous (all White employees in one of the most diverse cities in the works). HR shares with everyone in the office whatever you tell her. COO is a narcissist, all we do in her mandatory meetings is listen about her social life and see pictures of her family
