- The company does a great job to ensure there are sufficient (healthy) snacks available and also provide catered lunches, which eases the transition back to office. - The company has quarterly team socials, which helps reinforce a solid work culture - Quarter's can be long, but you're surrounded by bright and supportive team members which ease the workload.

Cons

- Naturally, as a PE company, it is a fast paced, competitive environment which may not suit everyone's lifestyle.
